Return Window
Within 7 days of delivery: Customers may report items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Photo evidence is required. In such cases, Zineb Creations will cover return shipping or offer a replacement or refund.
Within 30 days of delivery: Customers may return items due to change of mind. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Non-returnable items include:
Custom or made-to-order products (except where legally required, such as under EU law).
Downloadable digital goods.
Final sale or clearance items.
Process
To initiate a return:

Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
