- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- In the event of exceptional delays, you will be notified by email.

4. Delivery Guarantee
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe—or within a maximum of 30 days where no specific date is indicated—you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
5. Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
- Shipments can be tracked directly on the carrier’s website.
6. Taxes & Duties
- Canada: Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout.
- International: Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
7. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect or incomplete address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect information.
- Lost or stolen packages: If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first, then notify us at bennanizinebcreations@gmail.com.
- Returned shipments: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipment will incur additional charges.
