These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services, including purchases made through our website.

2. Eligibility

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.

3. Products – Handmade Nature & Limited Editions

  • Our products are handcrafted. Minor variations in color, stitching, texture, or dimensions are inherent to their artisanal nature and do not constitute defects.

  • Photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible but slight differences may occur.

  • Limited Editions & No Discounts: All capsule collections are produced in limited quantities. To preserve their integrity and value, limited-edition products are not subject to discounts, promotions, or sales.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated.

  • Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout in accordance with Canadian law (Nova Scotia).

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Canada: Orders are shipped via Canada Post (estimated 2–8 business days).

  • United States & International: Orders are shipped via Chit Chats, with final delivery handled by USPS (USA) or local postal services (international). Estimated delivery is 2–6 business days for the USA and 5–22 business days internationally.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Zineb Creations is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe (or within 30 days where no date is stated), you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

  • International customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees unless otherwise specified at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Please review the policy for return windows, eligibility criteria, and exclusions.

7. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

  • All content on this website—including text, images, logos, artworks, and designs—is the exclusive property of Zineb Creations.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Services or products without our prior written consent.

  • Unauthorized resale of our products is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability & Warranties

  • All products are sold “as is,” without warranties beyond those required by law.

  • We warrant that items materially conform to their descriptions and are free from significant defects at the time of delivery.

  • Improper use, alteration, or negligence voids any remedies.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Legal Rights – Canada, EU, US

  • Canada: Consumer protections apply under Nova Scotia and Canadian law.

  • EU Customers: Distance-purchase rights, including a 14-day withdrawal period, apply (except for custom or made-to-order items).

  • US Customers: We comply with the FTC Mail Order Rule, which governs timelines, refunds, and shipping delay notifications.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and Canada.

  • Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Nova Scotia, Canada.
